The UC Davis C-STEM Center will be holding a Fall Academy on Integrated
Computing and STEM Education on November 2 & 3 from 8:30am- 5:00pm focusing
on the algebra strand that runs through Math 7, Math 8, Algebra 1 and
Integrated Math 1 as well as robotics activities that complement those topics.
All topics and materials are common core aligned and can be implemented in
regular math and supporting math classes as well as CTE and science classes
that emphasize algebra heavily along with hands-on robotics activities.
