Top 10 FAQs in CompTIA's continuing-education program
If you earned a CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+ certification after Jan. 1, 2011, you are automatically enrolled in CompTIA's continuing-education program, and your certification has an expiration date of three years from the date certified. You have three years from the date certified to either retake the most recent version of the certification exam or successfully complete the continuing-education program to earn a recertification.
