OEI Seeks Input On Common CMS

The California Community Colleges (CCC) Online Education Initiative (OEI) is seeking input from the field on what a systemwide Common Course Management System (CCMS) should look like.
The OEI is using IdeaScale to capture feedback and comments regarding CCMS features and requirements to consider including in a Request for Proposal (RFP). Input will be considered until Sept. 22.
Ideascale is an online platform for open exchange of ideas. The OEI’s IdeaScale campaign provides CCC faculty and staff the opportunity to participate in the formation of a CCMS RFP in three ways:
  • Submit ideas for what they’d like to see in a CCMS
  • Leave feedback and comments on ideas posted by others
  • Vote ideas up or down
For more information and to participate in the idea exchange for a CCMS, please visit the Online Education Initiative Common Course Management System page.
