Did you know?
Seventy percent of Fortune 500 companies include mentoring as a key component in their training agenda because they have learned that mentoring is critical to career development. Mentoring is typically defined as a relationship between an experienced and a less experienced person. The mentor provides guidance, advice, support, and feedback to the protégé or mentee. Whether in college, or a career or in a personal endeavor, mentors can speed the route to success. Today’s exercise will help students reflect on what they want from a mentor, and what they have to offer as a mentee.
