California Community Colleges (CCCs) and Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs) have identified Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as an important strategic sector for California and Bay Area economies.  As part of the CCC Doing What Matters for Jobs and the Economy campaign, Bay Area community colleges are coming together to proactively, strategically, efficiently and effectively meet ICT economic and workforce development needs in the greater Bay Area.  This marketplace meeting is part of that effort.

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is an umbrella term, widely used outside the U.S. and in the United Nations, to encompass all rapidly emerging, evolving and converging computer, software, networking, telecommunications, Internet, programming, information systems and digital media technologies.

Thank you for all you do to improve ICT education and workforce!
