1 in 2 new graduates are jobless or underemployed

Yet, even in this miserable economy, employers report difficulty finding appropriately skilled ICT workforce.  Many un/under-employed baccalaureate degree holders are figuring this out and returning to community colleges for in-demand technical skills that are not taught in most 4-year colleges and universities.
