Tech Spending to Grow 11.5 Percent in 2011, but Slow in 2012: Forrester

In spite of the bleak economy, "Forrester analysts said Sept. 20 that worldwide IT spending will increase 11.5 percent in 2011. While it will slow in 2012, there still will be 5.5 percent growth."
