New Linux Course

The LPI Academy, CSSIA and NDG are pleased to announce a new introduction to Linux course developed by Network Development Group, NDG.  This new course includes content, labs (Linux virtual machines), instructor presentation materials, student quizzes, mid-term and final exam that align to the LPI Linux Essentials Certificate of Achievement.  The NDG Linux Essentials course will be available as a pilot offering in Cisco NetSpace for LPI Academies participating in the Cisco Networking Academy® starting January 27, 2014.       How does my organization join the LPI Academy?  To join the LPI Academy visit http://www.lpi.org/partnerships/academy/join-lpi-academy. How does my organization register instructors to teach LPI Academy Linux Essentials?   After joining the LPI Academy, register each instructor (requiring access for instructor led training) via http://www.lpi.org/partnerships/academy/become-instructor.  How will instructors and students access the content? Instructors and students will use a Cisco NetSpace account to access the NDG Linux Essentials course.  LPI will provide Cisco with a list of LPI Academies and registered instructors.  Instructors will use their Cisco NetSpace account to enable student access to content.
