Thanks to a generous gift from Oracle, we have an additional $20,000 of "seed" funds to target camps in the California Bay Area this year!
This workshop will take place at Santa Clara University but attendees can also participate remotely via Blackboard Collaborate (webinar software). We want to ensure these opportunities are well-known in the bay area for participants to take advantage of Oracle's additional seed funds. Attendance is required - either in-person or remotely - to become eligible for the seed funds.
The workshop is open to college and university faculty and staff, non-profits that offer camps at colleges and universities, and high school computing teachers.
Register for the workshop at: http://
For questions please e-mail: aheard@cc.gatech.edu.
For detailed information about the workshop, please visit the ECEP website at: http://expandingcomputing.cs.umass.edu/how-run-summer-camp.
Please feel free to share this information with your bay area contacts.
Thanks so much,
