The National Science Foundation is now accepting proposals for the Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation. This solicitation includes a new activity, "Bridge to the Baccalaureate Alliances" (B2B), aimed at supporting community college partner institutions in accelerating the transfer of underrepresented minority STEM students to 4-year institutions in pursuit of a STEM degree. B2B Alliances will be made up entirely of 2-year colleges. Proposals may be submitted directly by a single lead 2-year institution, with sub-awards made to partners within the alliance. The proposal deadline is October 19, 2012.
