IBM CEO says economic recovery will depend on education and skills development

Federal Reserve Chairman, Ben Bernanke, convened a panel of business experts on Tuesday to discuss what is needed for an economic recovery.

IBM CEO Samuel J. Palmisano called for a realistic assessment of the skills available to employers in the U.S., tying economic growth prospects to the nation's education levels in math, science and engineering. (We have to build a better workforce.)
